From June 2019, you will be able to Issue a Contract to the Bidders at the point of Awarding the Package.
The Contract will be created based on the Defined Returnable Schedule. Go here to learn more about this functionality.
Award and Issue Contract
1. On the Award Package screen a new option will be shown.
2. Select the Contract type you would like to issue.
3. Select whether you would like to Include the additional items submitted by the Bidder.
